What we collect
When you apply as a student or sign up as a mentor, we collect the information you submit in the form (name, email, background, and interests). We use this only to match students with mentors and to communicate about the program.
How we use it
Your information is shared only with SPAN organizers and, where relevant, with the mentor you are matched with. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
