We measure success by intellectual growth, not college admissions.
When students complete a mentorship experience, we ask them to share how they grew as thinkers and young researchers.
We are not interested in ranking students by publications, awards, or college outcomes. We want to understand how their questions changed, how they handled uncertainty, how they communicated with mentors, and how they developed intellectual independence.
